Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28. September 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process through this website, why, and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where we offer services to people in the EU and EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The controller for the personal data collected through this website is:

Swiss VIP Service
Zürich
Schweiz
[email protected]

For any question about data protection, write to us at [email protected].

What we process

What you enter in the booking form

When you enquire about a journey we collect your name, email address, telephone number and preferred means of contact, together with the details of the journey itself: pickup and drop-off address including coordinates, date and time, number of passengers, the vehicle class you want and, for concierge enquiries, your own description of what you need. From the coordinates we calculate the distance and the likely driving time so that we can quote you a price.

What we add to carry out the journey

If the journey goes ahead we also process the agreed price, the payment status and method, and internal notes about carrying it out. Those notes serve only to organise your journey.

Reviews

After a journey we may email you to ask for a review. The link contains a single-use code. If you leave a review, we process your rating, any comment you write, and the name you give.

Technical data

Visiting the website generates technical data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, and details of your browser and operating system. We also use your IP address to limit misuse of the forms — for example to stop automated scripts submitting the enquiry form in bulk.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer your enquiry, to give you a personal quotation, to arrange and carry out the journey, to invoice it, and to meet our legal obligations, in particular commercial and tax record-keeping. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on taking steps towards and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), on legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and on our legitimate interest in running the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We run no audience measurement and no advertising tracking on this website, and we make no automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We pass it on only as far as is necessary to deliver the service you asked for, to run the website, or because the law requires it:

  • Chauffeurs and partner operators we engage to carry out your journey. They receive what the journey requires — your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off address and the time — and are bound to confidentiality.
  • Stripe, for card payments. If you use a payment link you enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we neither see nor store full card details.
  • Our hosting provider, which runs the website and the database on our instructions.
  • Cloudflare, for the abuse check on our forms. When you submit a form, your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser are sent to Cloudflare so that it can assess whether the request comes from a person.
  • Google, which serves the typefaces this website uses. Your browser fetches the font files directly from Google, which discloses your IP address to them.
  • The OpenStreetMap Foundation, for the map in the booking form. The map loads only once you deliberately open it; only then is your IP address disclosed to the map service.

Address search and route calculation

The address suggestions and the route calculation in the booking form come from external services. Your browser does not contact those services itself: the queries go through our own server, so your IP address is never disclosed to them. Only the place name you typed, or the coordinates you chose, is sent on.

Transfers abroad

Some of the providers named above are based outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where data is disclosed to a country without adequate protection, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on equivalent safeguards recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Cookies

This website sets one strictly necessary cookie, which holds your session and the language you chose and protects the forms against misuse. It serves no analytics and no advertising. We set no analytics or marketing cookies and embed no social networks, which is why you see no cookie banner here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for as long as it is sensible to answer follow-up questions, and are then deleted. Records of journeys carried out are kept for ten years where commercial and tax law requires it. Reviews remain stored until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, and to object to processing. Where the GDPR applies you also have the right to data portability. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.

Simply write to [email protected]. To protect your data we may ask you to prove your identity before we answer.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and in the EU the data protection authority of the country where you live.

Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). Access to booking data is limited to the people who need it to organise journeys and is protected by individual accounts.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services, the tools we use, or the law change. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
